Genworth Portfolio Solutions/GPS strategies help your clients capture the broad diversification of our four asset allocation approaches—plus alternative investments—in a single investment solution. With GFWM serving as portfolio strategist, GPS strategies invest in funds that aim to capture the collective insights of our diverse lineup of portfolio strategists.

GPS strategies can be matched to specific client goals and profiles and give you more choices to offer clients and prospects.

There are two types of GPS strategies:

• GPS turnkey strategies can be used as complete investment solutions incorporating Strategic, Tactical Constrained^SM, Tactical Unconstrained^SM and Absolute Return asset allocation approaches, along with alternative investments.
  
  
• GPS Focused strategies are designed for clients using our traditional solutions that are guided by portfolio strategists to help further diversify asset allocations. The Focused strategies consist of either market-convergent, “sailing” approaches or market-independent, “rowing” approaches in one investment solution.

GPS takes into account each client's investment objective, risk tolerance and market outlook. Once you and your client have determined these “coordinates,” you can easily identify a GPS strategy, made up of appropriate percentages of each asset allocation approach.
